They're good at the serial part

Has anybody done one of these with bloggers?

Knock Knock.

Terry Heaton: Chaos at the door.

I'm guessing that Terry is the most clued-in broadcast professional still working inside that industry. See if I'm right when he speaks at Gnomedex later this week. Damn, I wish I was going... Can't make 'em all...

Introduction

English Cut, meet Naked & Angry.

This is a pitch for the latter to get a blog like the former. Consider the crosspromotional possibilities alone.

Thanks to Jim for the pointer.

The headline that says it all

If "Viewing is possesion" then pop-ups are "Breaking and entering"

Also carries proof that speaking about metaphors at conferences isn't an entirely boring thing.

Something's fresh in Denmark

Erimitagen

Thanks to Google Maps of Europe and pointage from Nikolaj, here's the view from above of Erimitagen in Dyrehaven. Here's the gallery of shots taken from the ground last week after Reboot, with Nikolaj as the docent.

The trees look so perfect. Like Eyvind Earle serigraphs. Especially this one.

Earle's main outdoor subjects were the oaks and eucalypts of California's hills, which could hardly be less like Denmark. And yet, there's something similar about the two settings.

Bonus link: One of many maps from my friends behind edhat, who have been doing this kind of thing (some of which Google Maps won't do) since 1996. In fact, if any Google (or competing) map folks want me to make introductions, I'll be glad to do that.
