Tail tales
Kevin Marks, February 17, 2003. Also this, on October 25, 2003.
Suw Charman: Whuffie and the snowball. Which pushes back on what I wrote here. Her advice: Find a skilift. To the top of a whuffie curve, basically. Such as here, since yours truly is said to have whuffie "in spades." (Never mind that all my whuffie and a quarter will get me 15 minutes on a parking meter. Or that the first time I mentioned "whuffie" to my kid, he thought I was talking about gas.)
Anyway, here's some snowball-rolling advice: write something original and interesting about a subject for which others have keyword RSS subscriptions.
For example, I just started a watchlist for Kim Cameron AND infocards. Lots of good stuff in my 'reader already.
Want Steve Gillmor's attention? Mention his name in a post about attention.xml. See what comes rolling back your way.

Just learned about Between Lawyers, a new Corante blog, from Denise Howell, who writes for the new blawg too. More in the morning after I wake up...
