News in the elsewhere

Nothing new here today, so far. It's all happening at Linux Journal and IT Garage. The specifics:

Think Again? is my take on IBM's PC division sale. Sad news, if true and Think Ahead are earlier and later items on the same subject.

Distributed healthier caring was occasioned by Jon Udell's excellent Economics of Health Care IT.

Unrelated bonus link: Steve Gillmor's Ich bin ein Berlinder. Some fun trix with linx there.

The ongoing death of Telephony as Usual.

Just got Skype going on Linux and OS X. Impressive.
