Fax on OS X?
I'm trying to set up fax on my wife's OS X box. The supplied FAXstfX software doesn't provide fields for memorizing the outbound identity information. It wants a vCard, and specifically from the Address Book app. Okay, so I created a vCard in the app. So when I drag it over, it says it will only accept a card with a first name, a last name and a fax number. But the Address Book App only provides "work fax" and "home fax." Neither seem acceptable to FAXstfX. I created a new label called "fax." Still no soap. Any ideas?
[Later...] I'm trying PageSender (thanks to a reader). Looks nice, but it only sends. I need to receive.
Now I'm trying Cocoa eFax (thanks to another reader). We'll see how that goes.... Okay, it works. Cool.

Make money by giving the right stuff away
Yesterday I called Tim O'Reilly's Piracy is Progressive Taxation "essential to arguing against the entertainment industry's anti-Internet FUD."
To that one and others I'd like to add Eric Flint's Prime Palaver #6. There's more good stuff in Prime Palaver #7, Prime Palaver #4 (Macaulay on copyright law) and in other essays at the Prive Palaver site. Flint operates the Baen Free Library, which provides an important piece of context.
