Hey look!

I'm on the Z list! Very bottom, with zero votes, so far.

Unrelated: there's a T-Mobile hot spot at United's remote terminal here at SFO. Handy.

Okay, off to the next plane.

Onward and up(lift)ward

Had a great weekend in Boston, first at the Cyberposium and then at the Uplift Academy workshop, with a bonus visit to the Berkman Center. (Wish I'd known John Palfrey had just received his appointment as Clinical Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, so I could have congratulated him personally. As we say in California, Way to go, dude! And thanks to Jim Moore and Dave Winer for passing along that news.)

I'm sitting in Logan Airport now, at 6:51am, getting ready to head back home. The 'fi is not free, but it's pretty fast: 1.45Mb down and 2.2Mb up. Which is ideal for uploading a pile of pix (mostly from the Uplift Academy gathering and the fun dinner afterwards at Isabel Walcott's place).

Or one would think. Alas, it's a flaky connection. I'm giving up and heading out. One last crank before departing: every link I click on brings up a page that says "launching the Nomadix console" and goes nowhere. Grr.

Anyway, see ya'll on the Coast.
