I see the news about Pyra's situation is out. I agree with Dave that this is a good chance for Evan to make Pyra even more personal. I also think it's a perfect way to put the Tip Jar system to work. It just needs to be more of a way to do business rather than to raise funds. I have the same advice for public broadcasting, which has used the same revenue model for decades.
